How to Create, Schedule, and Publish Your First Post

Access the Post Creator

• Navigate to your workspace dashboard after login.

• Click the “Create Post” button on the left menu sidebar.

Select Platforms

• Choose which connected social accounts to publish to (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Compose Your Content

• Write your post, add images/videos, hashtags.

• Use built-in tools like AI caption suggestions if available.

Preview Your Post

• See how your post will look on each platform.

• Make edits as needed.

Schedule or Publish

• Choose “Post Now” or select “Schedule” to set a date/time to schedule.

• Confirm your post and you’re done!

Manage Scheduled Posts

• View all scheduled posts in your Posts List or Calendar.

• Edit and reschedule, or delete as needed.
