Connecting your social accounts is the first step to managing and publishing content with Confe.io. Here’s how to get all your platforms set up in one place:
1. Go to Your Dashboard and click on Workspace Settings
2. Go to Workspace Settings

Click on your workspace name in the sidebar if you have more than 1.
2. Open the Connections Tab

Inside Workspace Settings, click on the Connections tab.

You’ll see a list of all available social platforms you can connect.
3. Connect Your Accounts

Find the platform you want to connect (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).

Click the Connect button next to the platform.

Follow the prompts to authorize Confe.io and grant the necessary permissions.

Once connected, your account will appear in the list with a connected status.
4. Manage Your Connections

You can connect 1 account for each platform for each workspace.

To disconnect or reconnect an account, use the 3 dots menu next to each connected profile.
Pro tip:
If you run into any issues connecting, make sure you’re logged into the correct social account in your browser and have the necessary admin permissions for business pages.
