What is a Workspace?
A workspace in Confe.io is your personal or team hub for managing social media content. Each workspace contains its own set of connected social accounts, scheduled posts, team members, and analytics. You can think of a workspace as a separate project, brand, or client environment—everything you create or manage within a workspace stays organized and accessible only to those with permission.

How to Switch Between Workspaces
If you have more than one workspace, or if you’ve been invited to another workspace as a team member, you can switch between them quickly:
Click your workspace name in the sidebar or header of your dashboard.
A dropdown menu will appear showing all workspaces you have access to.
Select the workspace you want to switch to.
You’ll instantly see the dashboard, posts, and settings for that workspace.
Managing Social Media for Another Workspace
To post, schedule, or manage social media for a different brand or project:
Simply switch to the desired workspace using the steps above.
All the connected accounts, scheduled posts, and analytics for that workspace will be available to you.
If you’re invited to a new workspace:
The workspace will appear in your dropdown menu as soon as you accept the invitation from dashboard.
You can switch to it at any time and start working.
Tips for Multiple Workspaces
Workspace names: Use clear, descriptive names for each workspace to avoid confusion.
Permissions: Remember, your access and permissions may vary between workspaces, depending on your role (admin or member.).
