Your account timezone determines when your posts are published—so set it to match your audience!
Go to Account Settings.
Select your preferred timezone from the dropdown.
Click Save.
When you update your timezone, your profile’s timezone setting will change. Any post you schedule will be based on the timezone currently selected for your profile. This means all scheduled posts will use the new timezone for timing, ensuring your content goes out at the intended local time.
